Refund Policy
Full payment is required upfront before Speedy VEP Pte. Ltd. (“We”, “Our”) starts the client’s (“Your”, “You”) Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) application process.
If your application fails due to our error, we will make up to three attempts to resolve the error. If your application remains unsuccessful after more than three attempts, you will get a full refund of the initial amount paid within 7 business days.
- Our service will be considered as successful and complete and no refunds will be available once:
- An appointment is scheduled for VEP RFID tag installation.
- Payment is made for postage of your VEP RFID tag.
- A confirmation slip has been issued.
- Refunds will not be available if application failure is due to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information or documents provided.
- The client’s refusal to provide accurate documents or cooperate with our requests to complete the application.
- Errors related to the client’s Touch n Go eWallet.
- The vehicle’s Certificate of Entitlement (COE) not having a validity of at least 6 months.
- Any other exclusions mentioned (if any) during the consultation.
- By accessing or using Speedy VEP Pte. Ltd.’s services, you acknowledge and agree that we may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. You agree to be bound by any such revisions and understand that your use of the service is conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, including any future amendments to this policy. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
