After that, the application moves into the queue for approval, with the actual time for each application varying according to its complexity and subject to processing.

Yes, we can handle the entire process for you. Because the VEP-RFID tag is strictly non-transferable and is legally tied to the previous owner’s identity, the old VEP must be officially removed before a new one can be issued to you.

Our experts can help you to deregister your vehicle and reapply for a new VEP tag. Unfortunately, due to JPJ system restrictions there is currently no option available to order a replacement tag.

  1. Data is for VEP only: We collect, store, and use your personal information only for the necessary purpose of processing and submitting your VEP application.
  2. Prompt & Secure Deletion: Once your VEP application is fully approved or the service purpose is finished, all highly sensitive documents used solely for the VEP application are promptly and permanently deleted or securely destroyed from all our systems.
  3. Limited Retention: We only keep essential business and financial records related to your service contract and payment for the minimum time required by Singapore law. These records are kept secure and restricted until they are legally allowed to be deleted as well.
